TEAM CBT: Developed by Dr. David Burns in Feeling Good Together, we teach practical tools like the “Five Secrets of Communication” to promote healthy dialogue. 

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Focusing on fostering emotional connection and attachment. 

Mindfulness: Helping partners stay present, reduce reactivity, and build empathy. 

DBT’s DEAR MAN: A structured technique to help partners assertively express their needs while maintaining respect and avoiding conflict escalation.

Commitment to Success

For lasting results, each partner must be committed to practicing between sessions, dedicating at least 20 minutes per day to the process. For couples who may struggle with this commitment, we offer intensive therapy, where you dedicate 2-5 hours per day over 1-2 weeks (10-20 hours total). This focused, immersive experience allows couples to make significant progress in a shorter time frame, providing a deeper level of support to resolve challenges and reconnect quickly.
